At Eldo Elite Pet Foods, your satisfaction—and your pet’s happiness—means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Please note:
A 10% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds for orders placed outside of Centurion where a refund is requested after order processing.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Products must be unused and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the product. Our team will guide you through the next steps as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
