We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery within Centurion – Ships same day ( All Hills Science Plan orders have a 1-2 days lead time)
Delivery Outside Centurion – Ships in 3-4 working days (custom courier price determined on order)

All orders are reviewed to ensure the selected shipping method matches the delivery address provided. If there is a discrepancy between the chosen delivery option and the actual delivery location, your order will be placed on hold.

Incorrect Shipping Selection

If an incorrect delivery method is selected (e.g., "Delivery within Centurion" for an address located outside Centurion), the order will not be shipped until the full and correct delivery amount has been paid.

Resolving Delivery Mismatches

In the event of a mismatch, customers are required to contact us via our support channel. Please provide your order number and correct delivery details to allow us to determine the outstanding delivery fee and settle the balance.

Shipping Times

All orders that have been verified and correctly paid for will be processed and shipped on the same day, unless otherwise communicated.
